The technological regimes for low-resistive bulk crystals and thin films of CdTe, CuInSe(S)2 were optimized to ensure material properties required solar cell applications. We studied the influence of impurities and technological conditions on the properties of magnetron and pyrjlithic-deposited transparent oxide films (ZnO, ZnMnO, CdO, TiO2, SnO2). We developed photovoltaic heterostructures, characterized their energy parameters, determined main physical processes taking place in these materials and photovoltaic heterostructures based on them.
