Among the most important financial instruments for sustainable socio-economic development of Ukraine, the following: increasing the budget for supply of necessary government spending to support economic stabilization mechanism; optimization of government spending by reforming the business and municipal areas of private pension fund of government guarantees to finance the living wage; acceleration of tax reforms that ensure environmentally friendly tax system and promote the development of sectors of the economy with high added value, optimizing the principles of self-government budget; creating conditions for the regions of interest in the development of local budgetary capacity; balancing the money supply under real GDP displacement and cash equivalents of commodity-money circulation; construction of perfect banking and insurance system and ensure the use of deposit funds mainly in order to support economic growth, forming a transparent securities market (stock market), natural resources and land markets.
