Basic objective laws of influence of technological conditions of obtaining volume crystals and thin films of compound halcogenide semiconductors and oxide metals on their structural perfectness, stechiometrity and physical properties were determined on the basis of complex (electric, photoelectric, optic and magnetic) investigations; also there were elaborated laboratory samples of certain electronic devices of solar energetic, sensoryty, dozymetry and spintronics and there was investigated the dependence of semiconductor material, constructive and technological conditions of structures formation.
