Introduction in the complement of ration of connections of chromium is studied depending on his content in soil, water and ration, in the different biogeochemical areas of Western Ukraine. Investigational method of application of chromium-methionine in feeding of calves with the purpose of increase of average daily increases the use of nutritives of forage in feeding of calves. Investigational influence of chromium-methionine on the degree of degradation of nutritives of separate ingredients of the concentrated forage at different duration of their incubation in the rumen of calves in situ.
