In work is offered development of structural approach to improvement of property of neural network forecasting on the base of account and preliminary analisis of statistical characteristics of input data. It is discovered dependence between the property of foreasting and the measure of concordance of type activation function of the input layer neural network to the type of distribution input data. It is gotten development the methods of analysis and synthesis of the activation functions neural network.The methods developed were used as a neuroemulator.
