The results: Created organizational part web portal (http://e-olimp.zu.edu.ua/) organizational and methodological support remote programming competition for talented youth education in Ukraine, which contains the following sections: o problem; competition; solutions; compilers; pages, links, access control, users and messages, discussion, events at the site, inspecting the system, multimedia, dictionary, configuration, distribution patterns, assistance and help.
