For the first time held the quantum-chemical motivation of mechanism of dehydratation reaction of pinacol and it's hexahydrate. A laboraory setting to obtain 2,3-dimethylbutadiene-1,3 was proposed and designed. It characterized by a particular mode of supple pinacol dehydratation. The synthetic methodics and chromatographic analysis of 2,3-dimethylbutadiene-1,3 were developed. The optimum conditions of 2,3-dimethylbutadiene-1,3 obtaining were set and it's laboratory samples were synthesized.
