The theoretical analysis of this problem, studied the experience of psychological services abroad and in Ukraine. The criteria and methods of monitoring the development of psychological services in preschool, general, vocational and higher educational institutions and the system of psycho-pedagogical consultations. Using techniques developed annually monitored the development of psychological services which were issued after the reference and training materials and journals. On the basis of foreign and domestic experience of the Center scientists have developed a Concept of psychological service education in Ukraine until 2012, aimed at strengthening the role and importance of the psychological component of the educational process, enhancing the effectiveness of social workers, psychologists, specialists in psycho-pedagogical consultations. Experience of organization and best practices of the professional activity of psychological services and psycho-pedagogical consultations education system are studied. Best practice materials were distributed in the form of an annotated catalog of the best professional experience and training and manuals. An generalization of theoretical and methodological approaches to practice psychology in general and psychological services in particular. Based on this work was prepared manuscripts, monographs, manuals, guidelines, articles. . For the years 2008-2010 was prepared and issued to 104 items of scientific products 327.22 total printed pages, including: books - 1; manuals -6; educational programs and concepts - 3; guides - 13; guidelines - 6; dictionaries and reference books - 6 ; articles in professional journals - 37, conference proceedings - 16; other scientific products - 16.
