3. Object of research - cloned stocks, nurslings, intensive commercial orchard plantings, procceses forming and providing effective regional market functionning for horticulture production. Purpose of research - incrasing the efficiency of horticulture products output be means of planting construction improvement, adaptive vegetative stocks selection, innovative technologies economic substantiation. Scientific approaches have been worked out for intensive fruit plantings crerating in the zone of South Steppe of Ukraine using cloned stocks, embeddings, construction plantings having crop producing power for: grain crops - 25-35 tons/ hectar, stone crops - 10-14 tons/ hectar at labour inputs reducing per 30-40 % and production price decreasing per 20-25 %.. Complex regulations program in economic efficiency increasing for branch managing has been worked out. The program is integral part for Melitopol district economic development strategy till 2015 in agrarian sector.
