During the realization of the project was got crystal by the Bridgman's method of a semimagnetic semiconductors solid solution on the base of mercury chalcogenides: Hg1-xMnxSe, Hg1-xMnxTe, Hg1-xMnxS, Hg1-xMnxTe1-zSez, Hg1-xMnxSe1-zSz, Hg1-xMnxTe1-zSz, Hg1-x-yMnxFeySe, Hg1-x-yMnxFeyTe, Hg1-x-yMnxFeyS, Hg1-x-yMnxFeySe1-zSz, Hg1-x-yMnxFeyTe1-zSz, Hg1-x-yMnxFeySe1-zTez, (3HgTe)1-x(Al2Te3)x, (3HgSe)1-x(Al2Se3)x and (3HgS)1-x(Al2S3)x (doped by 3d elements) and was established main patterns (on the base of complex magnetic, kinetic researches) and peculiarities of changing zone current, s-d, p-d, d-d, Mn-chalcogenide-Mn, Fe-chalcogenide-Fe, of changing interrelations , disorder semimagnetic semiconductors of solid solution on the base of mercury chalcogenide under the influence of different factors.
