Goal: Investigation of EH in the CWCD, the characteristic for the third decade, radiation and non-radiation factors, which cause the development of their prognostic dangerous left ventricular hypertrophy , its effect on heart function, exercise tolerance, changes in hospital treatment. Methods: clinical, analysis of radiation exposure, other risk factors, blood pressure monitoring, daily monitoring of electrocardiogram, heart rate variability, the echodopplerechocardiography, bicycle ergometry. Results: Features identified by left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in CWCD with EH, the role of long-term interaction pressure carrying capacity with radiation and non-radiation factors in the development of LVH. It was found significantly higher frequency of LVH, its development with less prolonged of EH in CWCD. The significantly increase over the average daily blood pressure (BP), violation of BP profile, pulse BP > 50 mm Hg. in the presence of LVH was shown. Association of LVH with episodes of myocardial ischemia, ventricular arrhythmias has been established. Redistribution of transmitral blood flow during diastole when preserved systolic function was an early sign of left ventricular dysfunction in heart hypertrophy in CWCD. In 62.9% of CWCD the ratio of peaks of early and late diastolic filling of LVH decreases to 0.06 cu. units., isovolumic relaxation time increased by 5.3 ms. Correlation between the number and duration of episodes of ischemia on myocardial mass index was set. Threshold power decreased to 24.3 W, the volume of exercise - 11 kJ with soaring energy costs per unit of power. The algorithm of determination and control LVH was developed. The reverse correlation between Threshold power and myocardial mass index, diastolic dysfunction, level of BP. The approaches to treatment, its possibilities and limitations of hospital treatment. Compared the effects of application in CWCD angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin II blockers in monotherapy and combination with diuretics and calcium channel blockers. Efficiency. Features and treatment approaches, which is aimed at the prevention / regression of LVH hearts were identified, possibilities and limitations of hospital treatment were evaluated. LVH control algorithm and guidelines were developed. As a result of the work presented 10 publications, 3 of the report. Product Description popup.authors Баглюк Н.В. Златогорська Ж.М. Курсіна Н.В.
