As known, automats for ODZ work in the conditions of high level of the electromagnetic fields, which results in substantial «zashumlennya» of signals in ductings of measuring and management. For upgrading control system it is necessary to use the different methods of increase of firmness to the obstacles . Within the framework of this work it is suggested to use by us for treatment of initial signals of sensors the method of veyvlet–peretvorennya. The reconstruction of measurings signals in this case allows substantially to improve correlation signal/noise and the same to promote quality of process control of the orbital welding. Veyvlet– of transformation of temporal sequence of signals of current and tension consists in decomposition of them on the base of certain functions by a down-scaling and transference. Unlike transformation of Fourier, veyvlet– transformation, gives dvomirne presentation a signal. Thus his frequencies and time are independent variables, that possibility of analysis of properties of process is simultaneously both in sentinel and in frequency, areas. On this time, the task of optimum choice of veyvleta presently is not decided. Therefore it will be to decide him researchers by surplus of different variants of maternal veyvletiv. At the decision of task of choice by us were tested veyvleti Haar, Morlo and Dobeshi. As a decision of model tasks rotined with the use of package of Matlab, the best metrology indexes provide veyvleti of Dobeshi of 5th order.At the production of energoblokyv atomic elektrostancyy is widely used the weld-fabricated tuberules. Remaining tensions which arise up in the elements of pipes under the chasikh welding are one of important factors which determine their reliability and capacity. At determination of remaining tensions (ZN) which arise up in such weld-fabricated elements, with the use of experimental methods, it is considered that tensions on the base of their determination are permanent, and an area of the controlled surface of object is flat. It is experimentally set that curvature of surface, ZN is probed in which, influences on an error at determination of ZN. Therefore for the estimation of influence of curvature of surface on the error of determination of remaining tensions a numeral experiment was conducted with the use of method of eventual elements. The results of numeral experiment and their analysis proved that the error of method of calculation of remaining tensions did not exceed 8% at research of tensions in a pipe diametrom 89 mm. A method which takes into account curvature of surface of probed ob''ektu at determination in him of the tense state and diminishes the error of measurings is developed .
