A general purpose is studying of of defekt-depending photo-electric properties of solar cell materials on multi/microcrystalline silicon for the improvement of their efficiency. Considerable attention will be given to the study of structures SiGe/Si, which are perspective for creation of high-efficiency photovoltaic devices. The influence of mechanical oscillations on the photo-electrical parameters of the above structures will be also studied. Research work will be conducted with the use of methods, developed in the Kiev and Vienna universities which complement each other mutually.
