Study Object is Recommended Methods for stabilising of soils which with lime over-wetted, while the road-bed is preparing. Proposed Work purpose is to revise recommendations, concerning lime over-wetting problems during road-bed preparing. Those have to elaborate an optimal technique and procedure of stabilising of over-wetted clay soils. Study method is an analytical experimental one, with recommendations revising, concerning lime over-wetting problems, while the road-bed is preparing. Works fulfilled result is recommendation application, concerning lime over-wetting problems during the road-bed preparing. It will provide a durability and solidity to the road-bed and to the upper layers of road structure. It also will contribute to effective use of over-wetted soils, modified techniques, considerable diminution of construction price.
