Subject of the investigation is the methods of human resource management in civil service under conditions of integration and globalization. Results the investigation and their novelty The main applied and scientific results on the subject of the scientific investigation are: 1.The USA and European experience in the field of civil service human resources professionalization was generalized; 2.Ethos investigation technology of Ukrainian civil service was developed; 3.Analysis of methodology principles of civil service staff professional project administration was made; 4.Peculiarities of conflict management in professional activity of civil servants were investigated; 5.The main directions of stress management in professional activity of civil servants were developed; 6.Personnel professional mobility management was grounded on the basis of new management approach; 7. Technology of professional culture formation in civil service was offered. The materials of this scientific investigation were used while working out methodological suits for the academic courses "Theory and history of public administration", "Organization and legal principles of public administration", "Staffing policy and civil service" on the speciality "Public Administration". The materials of this scientific investigation were applied in in-service training programs in Dnepropetrovsk and Rovno in-service training centers while teaching disciplines "Public administration and civil service", "Regulatory and legal basis of staffing policy in civil service", "Professional performance in civil service". The materials of this scientific investigation were used while updating academic disciplines for the listeners of human recourse reserve school trained for the positions of managers in regional and district state administrations in the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Institute of Public Administration NAPA attached to the office of the President of Ukraine. Scientific and expert support as well as information and analytical assistance were given to the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Department of Civil Service of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine, to the Main Department of Home Office of Ukraine in Cherkassy Region.
