The purpose – to study the key genetic systems coding synthesis of grain amylolytic enzymes, starch synthesis, the consistency of wheat, barley and triticale grain. Introduction: two patents have been obtained, three varieties of winter bread wheat namely Biliava, Sofia, Chornobrova, and one variety of two-row hulless barley Akhilles were transferred to the State Variety Trial.
