Methodological bases of strategy and tactic of guard of genetic variety of agricultural animals are developed and the integral inherited examination, reliable maintainance and purposeful enriching of gene pool of the specialized meat cattle breeding of Ukraine, is methodically well-to-do. The object of researches subjects were a gene pool from pedigree business in a stock-raising. Research purpose: development of methodological bases of guard of genetic variety of agricultural animals and reliable maintainance and purposeful enriching of gene pool of the specialized meat cattle breeding. Research methods: informatively statistical, plant-breeding-genetic, histomorphological. Developed: "Program of maintainance of gene pool of basic types of agricultural animals in Ukraine on a period to 2015 year"; the information-analytical system is gene "Pool of the specialized meat cattle breeding of Ukraine"; model of maintainance, introduction and genesis of foreign meat breeds; detailed chart of stage-by-stage estimation and selection of beef cattle of different floor after phenotype and by genotype indexes. The noted developments are inculcated in pedigree economies from breeding of beef cattle.
