Research object: patients with pathology of upper airways and ear. Purpose of work is an increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with pathology of upper airways and ear. Methods of researches - clinical, instrumental, microbiological, audiological, roentgenologic, immunohistochemical. Results and their novelty: The new effective method of the closed variant of tympanoplastic is developed with obliteration of antromastpidal cavity, saving of air aditus and its endaural drainage, that allows to pick up a thread physiological mutual relations in the reconstructed cavities of middle ear, to provide adequate terms for the function of the compromised auditory pipe due to diminishing of volume of the cavities ventilated by it. The complex study of paranasal sinuses is conducted in patients with a cranial-cerebral trauma. Dependence of frequency of origin of nosocomial sinusitis is set on the degree of weight of CMT and durations of its acute period. Developed and inculcated in clinical practice original method of treatment and prophylaxis of nosocomial sinusitis in patients with heavy CMT. The methods of reconstructive restoration resection of pharyngo-larynx are developed at patients by the cancer of this department of gullet with the use of fascia of wide muscle of thigh and hard brain-tunic of fruit, which extend the range of reconstructive interferences on laryngeal part of gullet and allow to save the respiratory and separate functions of operated pharyngo-larynx. The developed new method of endarterial selective polichemicaltherapy is in the combined treatment of patients the cancer of mouth part of gullet, that enabled to promote efficiency of treatment, reduce a degree and frequency of development of general and local complications as compared to traditional methods. The system of prognostication of clinical flow of shrine of larynx and grounded individual planning of treatment of patients the cancer of larynx is created on the basis of complex research. The translabyrint method of delete of neurinoma auditory nerve is improved, that allowed to decrease the amount of complications in an early afteroperation period. A method and device is developed for a prophylaxis and treatment of chronic outward otitis at hearprotesis of patients with natural influx-outflow ventilation of acoustic duct.
