Central and perripherial haemodynamics was studied as well as oxidative stress. The results of the work: new organ protection techniques were developed using perftorane; neuroprotection using citicoline and tiocetame,insulin dependant substrates - actovegin and reamberin, ventillation, which made possible to improve the results of treatment and reduce duration of stays in hospital. the reduction od postoperative complication ranged at 8,7%. New: it has been detected that dynamics of psychoemotional sphere in patients with deep burns helps predict the results of the treatment. this was implemented in Dniepropetrovsk, Lvov, Donetsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, and Kirovohrad regions as well as Kiev. Practical recommendations: to protect organs and systems in patients in critical states usinf perftorane, early enteral feeding and parenteral therapy. Optimization of perioperative period monitoring postoperative pain and sedation. Area of implementation: anesthesia, critical care, surgery, therapy, pediatrics. Conclusion: using neuroprotectors and organprotectors (perftorane, tiocetame, citicoline, reamberine, actovegine) helps reduce the number of complications and duration od stays in the hospitals and increase economic effect. Using the proposed methods increases the quality of intra and postoperative period.
