The object of this research is a philosophical and theological heritage of Kyiv Theological Academy of the beginning of the twentieth century. The subject of the research is a creative contribution of the most significant spiritual and academic philosophers and theologians of the beginning of the twentieth century. The goal of the work is reconstruction of the whole picture of the development of the philosophical and theological thought in Kyiv Theological Academy in the early twentieth century; Understanding the creative works of its leading representatives and determine their position and role in the history of domestic philosophical and theological tradition. Methods of the research: a complex of scientific, hermeneutic, cultural, comparative methods. Theoretical and practical results, scientific innovation: 1) The first scientific reconstruction of the entire picture of the development of philosophical thought in Kyiv Theological Academy of the twentieth century was conducted; The main problems and achievements of the Kyiv spiritual and academic philosophy in the field of theoretical and practical philosophy, and historical and philosophical studies were determined; The results were used to prepare for publication the collective scientific monograph "Philosophical thought at Kyiv Theological Academy of the beginning of twentieth century"; 2) For the first time in scientific literature a comprehensive analysis of philosophical and pedagogical studies of professors of Kyiv Theological Academy was performed and their important role in the formation of philosophy of education in the Ukrainian territory was proven; According to analysis's results a scientific monograph was published: Кузьміна С. Л. Філософія освіти та виховання в Київській академічній традиції ХІХ - початку ХХ ст. (Kuzmyna S. L. Philosophy of Education in Kyiv academic tradition of the nineteenth - early twentieth century). - Сімферополь: Н. Оріанда, 2010. - 552 с. (45,1 д. а.); 3) The first scientific research of the process of becoming of national bibleistics; According to research's results a scientific monograph was published: Головащенко С. І. Дослідження та викладання Біблії в Київській духовній академії другої половини ХІХ - початку ХХ ст. (Holovaschenko S. Research and teaching the Bible in Kyiv Theological Academy of the late nineteenth - early twentieth century) (18 д. а.); 4) Interim results of research are published in 32 articles and are referred to in 25 reports at scientific conferences. Implementation efficiency. The results are put into practice of teaching of legal disciplines "Religion", "Bibliyeznavstvo", "History of Christianity", "Academic philosophy in Kyiv nineteenth - early twentieth century.", "Philosophical Anthropology" at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
