Research is a process of bankruptcy and sanacii of enterprises in Ukraine. Research methods are generalization and systematizations of scientific information, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy, supervision, formalization, abstracting. In the process of research of tendencies of bankruptcy of enterprises there were the used methods in Ukraine: chain supports, vertical analysis, coefficient analysis, expert estimations, factor analytical and others like that. Theoretical meaningfulness consists in a ground teoretiko-methodological principles of research of processes of bankruptcy and increase of efficiency of judicial procedures of his leadthrough. As a result of this research the methodical going is improved near diagnostics of bankruptcy of enterprise, exposure of signs of fictitious bankruptcy, comparative analysis, "likvidaciya-sanaciya", estimations of efficiency and effectiveness of institute of bankruptcy, the complex of measures is offered on the improvement of the informaciyno-analitichnogo providing of procedures of bankruptcy and control after activity arbitrazh managing
