The project aim is to develop and to implement the monitoring system of foreign trade by agricultural and food products, as one of the directions of the Programme for stimulation of the export of the products, that approved by Decree of Cabinet of Ministers from October 26, 2001 № 498 -r, and also to protect Internal market and interests of Ukrainian businessmen on foreign markets. As a result, the analytical instrument was implemented, which allows to analyze situation on the global agricultural and food products markets on the base of the information from different sources. Also weekly and monthly analytical materials were created, which outlook the development of situation on the agricultural and food commodities markets. Provision the higher organs of executive authority with afore-mentioned analytical information allows to adopt the effective and adequate decision within external economic relations.
