The possibility of determining of the efficiency of the antioxidant influence by the luminescence spectra of singlet oxygen has been proved. The method of measuring of dynamic change of optical activity during mutarotation process of glucose in electro-active water solutions has been elaborated. The process of formation of nanodimensional cluster structure of simple monoatomic alcohols has been studied. An experimental model of phase transition from gas to liquid in monoatomic alcohols was constructed. Physical model of relaxation of electronic excitations in A2B6 nanoparticles has been worked out. The fact of lowering of the melting temperature of metal nanoparticles with decreasing of their size has been proved. An increase of light absorption and reduction of surface charge recombination on porous surfaces of A3B5 have been observed. The basic parts of kinetic theory of X-ray luminescence and X-ray conductivity of semiconductors and dielectrics have been developed. The nature of traps for mobile electronic excitations in DNA and RNA was determined. The absence of spectral manifestations of oligo-RNA binding to albumin molecules has been proved. The values of the first excited electronic level energies of Safranin T luminophores were obtained.
