The work purpose is working out and research of mathematical methods of the decision of a spatial problem of a x-ray computer tomography (РCТ) and a magnitno-resonant tomography (МRТ), the tomograms based on use and interflatation operators of functions of three variables. Despite considerable successes in a computer tomography, practical realisation tomographic method is still far from an optimality. One of principal causes which confirm such statement is insufficiently proved quantity of projections (Radon data) which is used by modern x-ray computer tomographs (i.e. the dose of an irradiation of object is not proved). The second reason consists that modern computer tomographs (not only x-ray) at object restoration in set section show on screens of displays artefacts - not structures peculiar to real object - shades, illegibilities of images etc. Interflatation operators restore functions (probably, approximately) from three and more variable on their known traces on the given system of surfaces. That is integrals from such operators on the specified surfaces are equaled to integrals from the most restored function. This idea underlies methods of the decision of a spatial problem of a computer tomography which are presented in the given research. In work the state-of-the-art review of methods of the decision of a 3D problem of a computer tomography and their lacks is induced. The new method of restoration of internal structure of 3D bodies which consists in use of the tomograms arriving from a computer tomograph, and interflatation operators is developed. This method allows to eliminate occurrence of artefacts, to reduce an irradiation dose on x-ray computer tomographs and to increase accuracy of diagnosing on tomographs. The software package on restoration of internal structure of a 3D body under the known tomograms laying on system of is mutual-perpendicular planes, by means of the developed methods is created. Computing experiment is made and results of experimental researches. In work the new method of construction of 4D mathematical model of the 3D body changing in due course, with use of operators of interpolation and approximation on time variable also is offered. By means of constructed 4D models the mathematical model of object during the concrete moment of time is found. As an example visualisation of 3D object (heart of the person) in the planes set by the researcher with use of tomograms, received by means of magnitno-resonant computer tomograph Siemens is spent.
