Established feature of the diamond abrasive tool removal allowance periphery at a speed not exceeding the speed of the workpiece, a characteristic only for the process changes. A new effective region of modes dressing abrasive wheels by diamond rollers, which reduces the unit cost of diamonds with an increase in processing performance. Identified methodological design features special profiles of diamond precision rollers, and developed computer programs for calculating them.
