The subject of research work is of optimal control of distributed technical systems. The object of research is the synthesis methods, algorithms and software implementation of optimal management strategies. The project is to develop, research and practical implementation of algorithms, methods of synthesis and software tools that allow under uncertainty solve optimization problems in the management of hierarchical control systems bahatoob'yektnyh distributed technical systems within the PCS. The paper presents in solving optimization problems in hierarchical control systems come with the concept of a single technology solution of optimization problems at all levels of the hierarchical system that is used intelligently solving optimization problems. The concept is based on the methods of solution-stage optimization problem with linguists-chnyh and neural network models and evolutionary algorithms for finding optimal solutions. Based on this concept, optimization problems of all levels are represented as a generalized model of optimal control problem, which includes a tuple, which includes object model, the criteria that represent optimization problems, constraints on control actions and states of the object and time at which solved optimization problems. We investigated the optimization problem of minimizing errors and energy management systems in multidimensional objects. This scheme was developed structural control systems, algorithms, software tools for creating models of objects of control and management systems in general, simulation facilities and management systems, developed software for the implementation technology of genetic finding optimal parameterization of models and control systems, developed methods of synthesis and optimization of control problems.
