We examined 100 patients with HIV tuberculosis and acute surgical pathology of the abdominal cavity, 150 patients with adhesive disease. The investigations established that the determination of hydroxyproline protein-bound, glycozamin - glycans, N-acetylamine acid and elastase in preoperative stage can be used as a prognostic criterion of predisposition to the recurrence of adhesive disease complications in the form of acute intestinal obstruction. The use of synthetic material "Interceed" during surgery and drugs, "Valium" is the "Carsil" to be composed of postoperative therapy is pathogenetically and more efficiently due to the complex method of prevention and treatment of recurrent adhesive disease complicated by acute intestinal obstruction. We propose an optimal variant of tactics of treatment of acute abdominal surgical pathology in patients tuberculosis, according to which the volume of operations is not determined tuberculosis of infection and HIV-patients, and the bar criteria urgent surgery.
