The efficacy of radiotherapy and chemoraiotherapy for cervical cancer Stage ІІБ - ІІІ in 84 patients was investigated. Increasing of tumor regression and local and toxic complications amount estimated. Method of radioepitheliitis prophylactics and treatment was created, which aloud to decreasing complications amount and improves quality of life. Results of frontal rectum resection with precision stapler method in 32 patients were investigated. Positive role of protective transversostomia in postoperative complications’ decreasing was evaluated
