The latter consists of a resistive oven with two independently controlled zones and enables technogical processes to be performed up to 900 С at different temperature gradients. The technological setups were tested and the technological processes of growth of quasitwodimensional TlGaSe2 and TlInS2 ferroelectrics were carried out. Structure, Raman scattering processes, temperature dependencesтof dielectric permittivity and birefringence of the grown TlGaSe2 and TlInS2 single crystals were studied and the possibilities of these data to be used for the improvement of the growth technology are elucidated.
