A range of development approaches to stratification (zoning) in Ukraine in terms of indicators of areas and yield of grain crops is conducted. The layout maps-stratification scheme in Ukraine for grain statisticsis created. The structure of the remote database, mapping, and surface content of biometric information for the development and functioning of territorial supervisory network is developed. The complex works to define volumes of sample sizes and selective units - Agricultural Test Site is conducted. On the basis of the constructed digital cartographic model and space data of high spatial resolution RapidEye territorial network of test sites was designed in the agricultural test areas: Myronivsky district of Kyiv area, Kanev district of Cherkasy region and Magdalinovsky district of Dnipropetrovsk region. The technological scheme of the previous and thematic processing of space survey material and instructional materials of selective in-situ survey of cereals crops according to aerospace survey was designed. Experimental in-situ observation of test sites areas was conducted to collect information related to state and areas of agricultural crops.
