In this development we was study methods to create a distributed communication space, creating a virtual online office for operational analysis and allocation results of promising research and development carried out, the completed technology in the area of nanotechnology and nanomaterials to the Internet - portal "Nanotechnology and nanomaterials". Managing the Internet - portal using the virtual office allows you to inform all stakeholders and participants of the technology market with the above materials, provides simultaneous total of representatives of various institutes of the NAS of Ukraine regardless of their location in order to make innovative projects in high technology products through a technology transfer, so and to representatives of business and industrial areas with the results of prospective research. The aim is to ensure the formation and development of nanotechnology and nanoindustry in Ukraine through the creation of an enabling environment for technology transfer, linkages between the scientific and industrial areas and business - structures, investment in innovative projects and research. To create an effective mobile virtual office with the Internet - portal "Nanotechnology and nanomaterials" analysis of existing methods of a distributed communication space, selected and developed one of the best options for a virtual office with the elements of novelty, designed Internet - portal - "Nanotechnology and nanomaterials" with the original design. The advantages created a virtual office and internet portal "Nanotechnology and nanomaterials" is its mobility, rapid deployment of scientific and scientific - technological research and development, reception and analysis of requests of industrial areas and business, work at the business - areas in the mode of on - line. In addition, the use of a virtual office can significantly reduce the cost to buy (or rent) server, the payment system administrators, programmers, etc., reducing unproductive time losses in the activities of technology transfer. Create a virtual office of technology transfer and the Internet - a portal for placing the results of scientific and scientific - technological research on creating innovative technologies will improve the arrival of investment in advanced development, enhance economic competitiveness and productivity in Ukraine, will provide a broader and more effective cooperation with European countries, Russia and other developed countries.
