The electronic structure peculiarities were studied out for the surface of magneto- susceptible nanocomposites of the "core-shell" type obtained by the surface modification of the nanocrystalline magnetite. By a combination of the different spectral techniques and quantum-mechanical calculations were carried out the systematic study of electronic structure and properties of the isomorphous-modified apatite and nanodispersed apatite-like structures.
