The basic mechanism of evolution of structural-compositional state and surface properties of amorphous ribbons was established for the ribbons of the m-metal multicomponent alloys based on Fe-B and Co-B after the temperature, magnetic and deformational external influences. The electronic structure peculiarities were studied out for the surface of magneto- susceptible nanocomposites of the "core-shell" type obtained by the surface modification of the nanocrystalline magnetite. By a combination of the different spectral techniques and quantum-mechanical calculations were carried out the systematic study of electronic structure and properties of the isomorphous-modified apatite and nanodispersed apatite-like structures.
