It was demonstrated that maximal production of exopolysaccharides was on media with peptone. Optimization of media composition was allowed to increase production of biomass in1,6 times, endopolysaccharides - in 1,7 times, exopolysaccharides - in 2 times. It was studied dynamics of growth of М. conica and M. esculenta, suggested composition of media for cultivation of М. conica 1737 and M. esculenta 1755 with glucose, peptone and yeast extract.
