It was suggested the composition of complex liquid media for receipt of biomass of selected strains М. conica and M. esculenta. It was estimated the chemical composition of mycelia of introduced species on different stages of development, food value of fruit bodies of Morchellaceae. The obtained data on chemical content, food and biological value of fruit bodies of Morchellaceae testify about its full value as food product. It was estimated the chemical composition of mycelia of Мorchella conica, M. еsculenta, С. militaris in conditions of submerged cultivation.. It was investigated the influence of low intensive radiation of different wave length ( 430, 720, 660 nm) on the growth and biosynthetic activity of M. conica 1738 and M. esculenta 1843.
