It was investigated its growth on agar nutritive media of different composition, the influence pH, composition media, the temperature and light on growth and morphology of mycelia. It was suggested the composition of complex liquid media for receipt of biomass of selected strains М. conica and M. esculenta. It was examined the fermentative activity ( the change of nitrate, lipid and carbon substances, oxidative-restore processes ) of 9 strains of 5 species Morchellaceae. It was investigated peculiarities of cytology and ultrastructure of these species for species identification and estimation of culture state. It was studied micromorphology of introduced species on different stages of development: vegetative mycelium, crystals, clamps, structures of sexless reproduction. It was estimated the chemical composition of mycelia of introduced species on different stages of development, food value of fruit bodies of Morchellaceae. The obtained data on chemical content, food and biological value of fruit bodies of Morchellaceae testify about its full value as food product. It was estimated the chemical composition of mycelia of Мorchella conica, M. еsculenta, С. militaris in conditions of submerged cultivation.. It was investigated the influence of low intensive radiation of different wave length ( 430, 720, 660 nm) on the growth and biosynthetic activity of M. conica 1738 and M. esculenta 1843. It was demonstrated the positive influence of light on the growth and biosynthetic activity of investigated cultures.
