Models of high-speed transportation of bulk cargo screw conveyors and the theory of high-speed loading conveyors packed directional flow developed. Stress-strain state of elastic helical surfaces developed. Their carrying capacity is justified. Shown that the use of antifriction polymer materials and rational modes of transportation allows 2-3 times to reduce energy intensity of transportation and material consumption by 3-6 times of screw conveyors, compared with existing ones. Studies have scientific novelty and practical significance in terms of speed of transportation of bulk cargo screw conveyors with flexible working bodies, optimization of their work, the choice of designs and parameters of screw conveyors and loading systems.
