Basis for this work is problematic research ways to control the spectral properties of photonic crystals in the high frequency range. Improvement that is possible through the use of anisotropic materials such as doped manganites. Investigation of doped manganites allowed to construct a generalized picture of conduction in the transition ferromagnetic-paramagnet. It was established that the Curie temperature varies significantly with temperature heat treatment.
