The object of investigation - processes of growing of hard tailings of pyrolysis shallow are in a centrifugal mill; hydrodynamic destruction; electro-arc utilization and gasification of remaining and second organic raw material; properties of new tribotekhnicheskikh polymeric composition. The goal of investigation - creation of high-efficiency energysaving methods and devices for processing of rubber wastes; development of method of calculation and choice of rational parameters of new high-efficiency equipment of carbohydrate wastes, remaining and second raw material with the receipt of motor fuel and technical carbon. The methods of investigation - mathematical and physical modelling, experimental researches. Are spent theoretical and developed researches of crushing of the firm rests of pyrolysis wear out tyres in develope to a centrifugal mill. The mathematical model of dynamics and a statics of a centrifugal mill is developed. The hydraulic system which consists from cavitetion tubes Venturi and a lamellar hydrodynamic radiator is investigated. Models magnetelectroarc a reactor are investigated. Methods of calculation and test samples of devices are developed. Influence of aromatic polyamide of phenol in quality additive polymeric composites is investigated. It is developed a technique of reception of polymeric composit coverings for knots of a friction of the equipment which is under the influence of excited environments. The field of application: machining nonmetallic of waste and stuff; production of product oil refining.
