Investigated objects are reproductive structures and renewal system of higher plants. The aim of investigations is determination of generative structures' formation patterns and peculiarities of natural renewal of rare and disappearing species of Crimean flora. Methods of investigations are cytoembryological, morphological, phonological and method of field experiment. The results of reproductive process's investigations of some species from families Brassicaceae, Anacardiaceae, Ranunculaceae, Paeonaceae, Lamiaceae, Ericaсeae and Ephedraceae have been given. Types of generative structures' formation have been determined, specific signs that provide efficiency of pollination and fertilization processes have been shared out, peculiarities of seed formation and seeding have been shown. On the base of these studies measures for natural renewal improvement have been proposed. The conclusion about correlation in male and female structures' genesis and reliability and plasticity of reproduction system in studied species have been made.
