In the second half of 2010, sperm fishery and endangered fish species of the Black Sea, the eastern region and the Kiev region, which spawned at that time (sturgeon, carp, channel catfish, golden mullet, scorpion fish, triplefin) and testes with underripe sperm (Goat-fish, duck, ling, an astrologer, horse mackerel, pickarel, gilthead, Glosa flounder and haddock) cryopreserved and embedded in cryobanks IPCandC NAS and NAS GBI. Also the characteristics of carp sperm after a short stay in the hypobiosis state were studied.
