The decision of tasks of mechanics of processes of the mutual loading of the ground structure, which will allow to define scientific bases of creation of products which provides the increase of rate of movement of rail transport, is the purpose of this research work. For achievement of purpose the theories of mechanics and technical dynamics of the mutual loading of parts of the rail ground structure at active action of mobile composition will be applied. Determination of functional communications of parts of the rail ground structure and exposure of processes, which influence on forming of conformities to the law of loading, firmness, durability and vibrations, at different speeds is the feature of researches.Scientific basis of creation of facilities of the ground structure for the increase of rate of movement and safety of rail transport vehicles of the on a base conducted theoretical researches in the process of which parameters and descriptions of elements of the ground structure are set and conformities to the law of the mutual loading at presence of spatial vibrations from the horizontal and vertical unevennesses of rail track at the free and hard fixing of wheels on the axes of the wheeled pair with four axes of carriages and ground structure for an underground transport are got is developed. Theoretical researches are conducted and basic conformities to the law of change of indexes of loading of the ground structure from the sizes of a different type of unevennesses of rail way at influence of carriages with four axes with the normative and perspective rates of movement are set. Mathematical models are developed and is worked out integral equations of deformations and tense state of component parts of construction taking into account their variable descriptions and properties of resiliency of foundation, practical application of which will provide the required durability of elements of the ground structure. On a base conducted researches the initial requirements, technical indexes and descriptions are developed, the intermediate rail clamping of the type KPPT-17, reducing noise, is created and inculcated, for the terms of public and railway rail transport and timber devices of working part of carriages of railway and industrial rail transport. A main, industrial and underground rail transport is the region of the use of the got results.
