The object of the study are controlled dynamical system (CDS), including launch vehicles with propulsion systems using liquid propellants. The purpose of work is to improve scientific and methodological support for new and upgrade existing CDS to improve the efficiency of their target. Research methods - mathematical modeling, theoretical mechanics, the theory of automatic control of fluid flow and mass transfer. The main results of the research: Developed a new and improve existing scientific and methodological support for new and upgrade existing CDS in part to ensure their manageability while expanding restrictions on movement, the controlled parameters, developed techniques used to solve the various modeling and applications, including associated with the development - developed scientific and methodological support formation flight control terminal of the first stage of trajectory CDS close to the energetically optimal, suggesting new ways to improve energy efficiency of pressurization of fuel tanks CDS and developed methods for calculating them, we propose a new methodological approach and developed techniques to identify the operating conditions CDC, critical for the stability of innertank device to ensure continuity of gas-saturated propellants in fuel tanks, exposed to the flight vibration.
