Analysis of boiler design features and their operating regimes has been carried out. Source data is chosen needed for resource evaluation of metal drum in conditions of non-stationary loading on the principle that the main factor of resource exhausting of metal drum and damage accumulation, crack development is the developing of corrosivity fatigue process in the zones of constructive stress concentrators which are welding spots.
