Subisolated adjuvantic Grippol vaccine's immunogenicity approach to such index of split-vaccine Influvac, for that it exceed Vaxigrip immunogenicity in the enumeration to the mass unit of virus proteine mixture.All parametres of adjuvant subisolated vaccine Monogrippol reliably exceed unadjuvant split-vaccine Panenza and ajuvant subisolated vaccine Monogrippol Neo among anti-pandemic monovaccines, which were studied.Practical recomendations for the improvement of influenza virus vaccines elaboration with aim of effectiveness increase, reactogenity and cost prise reduction were let.
