By the object of researches: on the different levels of the single state system on the leadthrough of legal deck-houses and motion of the provided wood there is a question of automation of this process and cost cutting after control of motion of forest products on the base of electronic account. A purpose of work is creation of the checking of legality of the provided wood (through tovarotransportnuyu invoice and marking of wood) system with measurement of all provided wood and obligatory receipt of national information about an amount and quality of all provided and taken out forest products. Research methods: expert estimation and choice on the basis of this estimation of optimum scenario of work, leadthroughs of comparative analysis and detailed study of international experience on control after legality of leadthrough of deck-houses and electronic account of wood. Results: Experimental works are conducted on the choice of base technical and programmatic facilities, instructional materials are developed on marking of wood directly on cutting areas, work with stroke-codes (nanesenie/schityvaniya), and also facilities of priv are offered. The model of database and Statute is developed on a management technological processes in the field of appeal of wood. SUBD of Oracle, mobile terminal of read-out of information of TDS Recon came forward as instruments of researches. "Position on a management technological processes in the field of appeal of wood" is used for writing of document the "Requirement specification for software and supplying with an equipment for introduction of the single state system of electronic account of wood development on the enterprises of forestry of the State committee of forestry of Ukraine". Novelty: there are not analogues in Ukraine Efficiency: a production of domestic forest goods volume will be increased taking into account principles of management forest resources which foresee their unexhausted use, and also the mechanism of control of quality and financial discipline, order of conduct of record-keeping and upgrading management forest industry, will be improved. Sphere of the use: Will be drawn on scientific and scientifically-practical results in enterprises, establishments and organizations of forest industry, and also in contiguous industries, related to the tree felling (Agropolitiki, Minoborony). Certain methodological and methodical developments can be used in forestry of countries of the CIS and other countries, alike with Ukraine on natural terms and socio-economic parameters of development, control system by forestry.
