Object of research:: a process of concordance of ecologic and economic interests is in existent practice of acceptance of administrative decisions. The purpose of work: perfection of the scientific and methodical approaches to the concordance of multy-level ecologic and economic interests in the system of nature use management. Research methods are system-evolutional approach, dialectical method, method of logical generalization. Results of work: systematization of the scientific and methodical approaches to the determination of concept " ecologic and economic interest ", transformation of nature use economic mechanism according to the realization of principle of concordance of ecologic and economic interests. Result work novelty: structural and logic essence of concept "Ecologic and economic interest" is improved; principles of forming of the system of ecologic and economic interests are offered; intercommunication of the system of ecologic and economic interests and the system of nature use management is investigated.
