Object of research: the mechanism of innovative reproduction management, economic and financial relations that appear in system of innovation process controlling at an enterprise. The purpose of work is perfection of the methodical approaches to forming of effectiveness system of innovation reproduction controlling. Research methods: system-evolutional approach, dialectical method, method of logical generalization, economic and mathematic methods. Result of work is a forming of methodical approaches to value of the effectiveness economic and financial mechanism of innovative innovation process management at an enterprise. Result work novelty: theoretic and methodical bases of management are profound with innovative reproduction management; determination of categories essence "innovative process" and "innovative reproduction" is offered; the necessity of accurate definition of category "innovative process on an enterprise" is grounded; methodical approaches to formation the design of dynamics of innovative recreation process taking into account horizon of new products innovationity and methodical approaches to determination of economic efficiency of innovative projects are systematized. The field of application: for innovative and scientific-technology development management in machine-building of Ukraine.
