The results showed that during the time of the synchronized pulse current pressure and coating processes as a result of elektroplastic effect is high plastic deformation, causing a broad diffusion zone between the coating and base metal. Established that the diffusion processes depends on the temperature, its distribution over the layer and parts, heating and cooling rates and determines the level of residual stress in influencing the formation of the performance properties of coatings. Proposed a mechanism of plastic deformation of metallic materials when exposed to pulses of electrical current. Research results are used in the learning process and put into production, can be used in machine building, aviation, machine tools, etc.
