The purpose of the investigation is to develop principles and methods of psycho-physiological selection and to create of an informational technology of staffing and maintenance of the collection, analysis and evaluation of the selection, training and operating of the Ukrainian Military Forces personnel.We had used methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling, control theory, mathematical statistics, psychoanalysis, and psycho-diagnostics, fuzzy logic, functional diagnostics, expert systems. The necessity of Armed Forces sergeants and management staff psychogram and professiogram developing was grounded. It’s developing is the methodological basis of an integral approach to the contract service selection.The structural-functional model of the psychological candidates’ selection for senior positions in Armed Forces of Ukraine was developed.Psychophysiological model of the contract service candidate based on fuzzy logic was developed too. Integrated approach to the Armed Forces acquisition was proposed. It has a form of software package and generalized algorithm for automatically staffing and maintenance of the collection, analysis and selection evaluation, training and operating of the Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel. Psychodiagnostic model of army manager was created. Novelty of this model is the determining and harmonization of individual psychological qualities of candidate and professionally important qualities of a commander between each other.The software complex “Viyskkomat-contract” was developed.Practical results are the creation of informational and algorithmic-software for information technology of psychophysiological testing and selecting of candidates for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.The developed system field of use are military enlistment offices and regional centers of recruitment for the contract service; higher education institutions of Ministry of Defense for selection to senior positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
